    Small group training is also perfect for those who are intimidated by the idea of working individually with a personal trainer. In a small group personal training classes and setting, our trainers are able to give proper attention to each participant’s form and give individualized instruction, corrections, and modifications.   • HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a workout that consists of short periods of intense exercise lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed immediately by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer. When you take a HIIT class at Body In Rhythm, you can expect to perform a variety of cardio exercises.

  • Just like how you would train your body to run a marathon, you need to train your body to play golf. Golf fitness training involves exercises that focus on the core stability, strength, and explosiveness necessary to improve your golf game.
