STRENGTH TRAINING: Appropriate strength training can change many facets of our physiological make up. Strength training can improve mood, bone density, muscle size and function, sex drive, sleep, fat loss and help fend off heart disease, diabetes and other neuromuscular disorders to name a few.
PAIN ALLEVIATION: Discomforts can arise from dysfunctional movement patterns and overuse. If we move better, we typically feel better.
FAT LOSS & NUTRITION: A combination of burning calories, building muscle and improving diet can yield awesome results in physique change.

To successfully enhance your golf game you need attention from both a Golf Professional and a Fitness Professional. Body In Rhythm’s Golf Fitness Program gives you just that with a partnership with virtual Golf Professional Francois Van Zyl.
3 PILLARS TO SUCCESS:
MOBILITY: If each individual joint does not move in an optimal range of motion, a golfer will not be able to execute a golf swing with precision.
STRENGTH & STABILITY: Now that you have the mobility you are looking for, you need to have stability to control the range of motion your joints have. Having strength will allow a golfer to become more accurate and aid in the speed and power production of the golf swing.
SPEED & POWER: The last ingredient in improving your golf game is creating more speed. This is accomplished by having more range of motion at each joint, the stability and strength to control those motions and training that makes all of your muscles fire on all cylinders.

Take Down the line and Front View Video and FlightScope Launch Monitor Data (to be sent to Francois or any other golf professional of your choice)
10- 30 min Golf Fitness Sessions
Access to work on Golf Drills and practice hitting golf shots in indoor facility as long as working off a fitness package
HOW IT WORKS:
Videos of swing and FlightScope Info will be sent to Francois via the Coach Now App
Francois will give commentary analysis of golf swing and then will give drills to work on at Body In Rhythm Facility with Coach Matt.
Both your Golf Professional and Fitness Professional will be on your very own private thread in the Coach Now App to help your game.
Work on Golf Drills and golf specific exercises during sessions at Body In Rhythm
Re-send progress videos of swing and working on drills to Francois for further commentary

Nutrition Program
Body In Rhythm Training has formed a partnership with Nutrition Coaching Center. Kevin Grodnitzky, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals lose weight, keep it off, optimize nutrition for sports and exercise, and maximize their health and energy! Kevin has his Master’s Degree in Nutrition and holds a certificate in weight management levels 1 and 2 from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
